Family – married for 38 years to Larry Little, 2 children educated in Collin County public schools of Plano and McKinney, both have received upper level degrees, associates of arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu and Special Education degree from Texas A&M. Our first grandchild was born on August the 9th of this year. We have lived in Collin County for over 28 years.
Education – grew up in Bryan-College Station, attended Texas A&M, received a degree from the University of Houston in social studies with a minor in business education.
Former College Instructor – taught business courses at North Harris County Community College.
Retired Educational Publishing Executive – held various positions in sales and marketing, retired in 2008 as a regional vice president with management and budget responsibilities. For over 15 years I observed the SBOE in the development of instructional materials to meet the State curriculum and assessment.
Business Owner – started Ace Fence Company with my husband 35 years ago in Houston. Today the business has grown to 4 locations and multimillion dollars in sales. I handle the executive financial responsibilities.
Community Involvement - Past President of North Harris County Professional Women, Past President of McKinney Soccer Booster Club, volunteer at a Title One school in McKinney. Have memberships in Allen and McKinney Chambers of Commerce. Support the SPCA, Habitat for Humanity (Wounded Warrior Project), and American Legion Food Drives. Belong to The First United Methodist Church in McKinney and Republican Women of North Collin County. Have associate memberships in various other Republican clubs.
